Bare Bones began as a run that SRR wanted to do as simply a "Give back to the Runners" race. That is why we didn't ask for any sponsors. It was initially formulated as a 'low key' race, but has grown past that in recent years. SRR still provides a top quality event that does proclaim our heartfelt thanks to the running community.
