Hello, my name is Cathy Wirz. I have always been active, but started running in 1998. Don’t know how many races I have run. I have done 5Ks in Chicago, Macon, Ga, Charleston, SC as well as the ones around home. I have done 2 marathons, Charlotte and Atlanta. The 2 marathons have been since turning 50 years of age. I just did the Isle of Palms 10K connector run last weekend. That is my 3^rd time doing that one.

I have also done 3 triathlons during the last 2 yrs.

My other interests are: cycling, swimming, weight lifting, snow skiing, traveling, watching football, just about anything outdoors!
